| Job Description: We currently have an opening for a talented individual to fulfill the role of Branch Manager in Houston, Texas.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong business development and negotiation skills and strong leadership ability.
Areas of Accountability:
-Develop and generate sales from new customers, target accounts and existing accounts through outside and inside contacts-Conduct cold calls as specified by quotas to determine potential business opportunities
-Manage and monitor service delivery expectations of the branch operations staff
-Manage credit and collection calls to customer companies as required to manage DSO
-Completion of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
-Train branch staff on company policies and procedures
-Coach and counsel and document incidents related to violations of policy when necessary
-Assist operations team with order fulfillment when necessary
-Meet budget responsibilities and manage SG&A costs
-Management of Profit and Loss Statements
-Supports and demonstrates company's mission,vision and core values
-Represent the company at various professional and or civic functions as requested
Qualifications include:
-Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal and employee relation skills with a high level of energy, motivation, integrity, and passion for excellence
-Strong service orientation skills
-Industry/market competency with experience in outside sales
-Supervisory experience
