| Job Description: An Austin based technology services and management-consulting firm is seeking an experienced recruiter to support its efforts in the recruitment and placement of technology consultants.
Responsibilities
Receive and review requisitions from customers.
Develop job specifications for posting on job search web sites.
Receive and qualify prospective consultants.
Maintain database of consultants for future client requisitions.
Manage the interview and selection process.
Complete administrative paperwork to secure candidate.
Work closely with a team of business development personnel in the identification and placement of consultants with clients.
Format consultant resumes
Minimum Qualifications
The recruiter must have proven experience in recruitment and placement of candidates with private or public sector clients in the information technology industry. The individual must have a high degree of energy and be self-motivated.
2 years experience performing IT recruiting and placement Highly organized and analytical with ability to implement new processes and procedures Superior oral and written communication skills
Compensation Successful candidate will be provided the following compensation package:
