The Business Development Manager position is responsible for identifying and generating new business through outside sales activities such as cold calls, prospecting, telemarketing, territory planning and relationship building. The position is accountable for focusing on and generating business through new sales in primarily medium to large size accounts (revenue of $250k to $1.5 million) and will deal most frequently with middle to senior management within the client's organization.
In order to qualify for this position, a candidate MUST have the following:
2+ years of outside sales experience with at least 1 years in the staffing industry
Successful track record of selling to medium and large accounts
Ability to communicate with all levels of management
Outstanding communication skills
Professional presentation skills
Financial aptitude & excellent decision making skills
Strong organizational skills
